In its new health care reform package, the House of Representatives is introducing new rules that allow pharmacies to sell drugs without a prescription, and to offer free prescription drug cards that can be used for those who are uninsured.

The changes will include:

  • In addition to offering free prescription cards at no charge, patients will also be able to receive discounts on their prescription drugs when they first start taking a medicine.
  • The new rules also will require those who use a doctor’s prescription to provide them with their prescription for one of the prescription-only drugs available at most pharmacies.
  • The new rules also will create an “in-store pharmacy” program that allows pharmacists to provide prescriptions only to patients who can buy them without a prescription.
  • The new rule allows pharmacists to allow patients to obtain a prescription for two generic versions of the medication, but not the name-brand version, Nexium.
  • “This new, new law will help patients who are uninsured, or who have health insurance, access to generic medications that are not covered by their insurance,” said Rep. Michael Schlegel (D-Del). “This law will allow for patients to purchase these drugs without their knowledge and without the risk of losing their health insurance.”

Last week, Congress passed a health reform reform law that became law on December 14, 2016. The law requires prescription drug coverage in most pharmacies and will allow patients to obtain drug cards without a prescription. The new rules apply to pharmacies that provide pharmacies with the drugs that are approved to sell the drug.

The new rules will help ensure that pharmacies can make sure that people who are receiving medication without a prescription do not have to pay for that medication. In addition, the new rules will allow pharmacists to offer free prescription cards, which can be used for those who are uninsured or cannot afford prescription drugs.

“This is a very important law to make accessible to the public and to the broader community,” said Representative Don Capps, D-Bronx.

“This law will help ensure that those who are facing financial hardship with affordable prescription drugs can access safe and effective medication without a prescription.”

Rep. Scott Pino, D-Southeast, who is a member of the House Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions, and an independent member of the committee, said that the new rules will help patients and health care providers access the medications they need without leaving patients vulnerable. In his testimony last year, Mr. Pino acknowledged that his organization had been in discussions with the Food and Drug Administration about drug coverage.

“As we’ve seen in recent years, the FDA has allowed the use of the drug coverage of certain medicines, but patients must be able to choose between the brand name and generic versions,” Mr. Pino said.

“This law will help patients to purchase medications without a prescription. It will also allow pharmacists to provide free prescription cards to patients who are uninsured or cannot afford prescription drugs.”

The new rules will help to expand access to the drugs that are being used to treat people who may need them, including the drugs for which the drug coverage is not in place.

“This law will help the public to access affordable prescription drugs without a prescription,” said Mr. Pino.

“This law will help the public to access medicines that are not covered by their insurance, and also the general public to access the medicines that are not covered under their health plans.”

Scott Pino (D-Bronx) has been a member of the House Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions for nearly eight years.

He was born in a small town in North Carolina, and grew up in a community near the South, where he is a member of the American Medical Association. His wife, Cindy, is a senior policy manager for Medsafe, a U. S. consumer protection company.

In 2013, Mr. Pino and a family friend were diagnosed with a rare inherited eye condition called retinitis pigmentosa. In 2014, he was diagnosed with a rare inherited eye condition called retinitis nigricans, which is caused by the loss of a protein in the retina, which helps to block the production of the hormone that causes the disease.

In 2009, after a family friend presented him with a prescription for Propecia, a generic version of the antibiotic Prostaglandin. He began taking the medication in November of the same year. He was diagnosed with a rare inherited eye condition called retinitis pigmentosa.
